And Welcome Aboard to all of our new subscribers!
We're picking up more and more every day!
My apologies for this edition being as late as it
is. My regular readers know that I usually have
these editions finished and ready to be uploaded
to the Internet early on Friday morning in most
cases.
The reason this one is late is because I've been
doing some 1 on 1 work with a couple of my
subscribers and helping them do some redesign work
on their web sites.
As some of you that I've done this with before
already know, you know I really get into this kind
of stuff and I really enjoy doing this for my
subscribers. It gets a little crazy sometimes,
especially when we get our heads together and
start coming up with a whole bunch of ideas.
Then comes the work of turning the ideas into
something that will really look great when it's up
on the Internet. But that's where the fun is for
me, I really enjoy using my experience as a
webmaster and helping people do something that
they are not able to do for themselves.
I get a great deal of satisfaction when the person
I'm working with is totally thrilled with what I
do for them and their websites.
One other quick little note I wanted to tell you
about. During the next week or so, I'll be
re-working the series of autoresponder messages
you get when you subscribe to our mailing list. So
don't be surprised if you start to get several
e-mails from me.
I'm going to be spacing them out about every three
days and I'm going to be adding several
informative articles along with some information
on affiliate and membership programs that I have
been promoting for quite a long time and have
proven to be quite profitable for me.
Okay, I don't want to take up a bunch of your time
with my ramblings, so I'll let you get on with
reading today's edition.

It has already
been established that affiliate marketing is
one of the quickest and easiest ways to make
money from your own home based business.
The products creator erases the need for
research and development. You, as the
affiliate, have only to deal with the
marketing end. In most cases the merchant will
even provide sales material for you.
This is great for fast profits, but what about
the long term?
Think about this for a minute. The affiliate
does all the work on getting interested
prospects to the product sales page through
their affiliate link. Hopefully the prospect
buys and the affiliate gains the commission.
But what happens after that?
The affiliate must then repeat the process all
over again to bring more prospects into their
sales pipeline. All for a one off sale and
commission.
This can turn into a costly proposition
depending on the cost of getting the leads to
the sales page and the conversion ratio of
said sales page.
With that in mind, what can an affiliate do to
increase their return on leads and qualified
prospects?
Two things.
First, as an affiliate marketer in any
niche you must set up your own lead capture
page and build your own list of targeted
prospects.
This can be done simply by using an
autoresponder to capture names and email
addresses that is set up with seven to ten
follow up messages extolling the benefits of
the product you are promoting.
Give away a free report or a review of the
product as an enticement for the prospect to
leave their information.
This way you can send endorsements of other
related products as well if they don't like
the original product.
Second, find membership sites or
services to promote in your particular
niche.
This is a truly spectacular way to maximize
your advertising by gaining recurring income
instead of a one-time sale.
Think about what is happening right now with
cell phones. You can purchase a phone with all
the bells and whistles - camera, Internet
ready, text messaging - the works for very
cheap. Heck, you can even find some going in a
two for one deal.
So what is the catch?
You have to sign up for two years of service.
That is where they make their cash. The
recurring income model.
That is what you, as an affiliate marketer,
should be looking to promote.
It has been said that it's as easy to make
$100 a day, as it is to make $5 a day. That's
especially true when you already have money
rolling in from previous sales.
By promoting services with a recurring
monthly charge, you'll set yourself up
with a nice residual income.

Marketing - what is it?
It is a very simple process where you as the
affiliate sell or promote a merchant's
product or service for which you will
receive a commission .
This process is probably the lowest cost
business model when starting an Online
Business, and as such is the most popular
method with many newcomers to Internet
Marketing.
This business model exists in many different
forms and are commonly called Affiliate
Programs. You join the affiliate program
that the merchant is operating that is
selling the particular product you are
interested in promoting.
The most common types of programs are as
follows:
1 - Pay per click - each visitor you
send to the merchant's site will earn you a
commission.
2 - Pay per lead - each lead you send
to the merchants site will earn you a
commission.
3 - Pay per sale - commission will be
paid by the merchant for each sale made at
his website.
Each one of the above returns a certain
payment for delivering the click, lead, or
sale. By far the largest number of
businesses utilizing this model work on a
Pay per Sale system.
Many Internet Marketers will guide the
beginner into Affiliate Marketing because it
is considered to be the simplest business
model to get started and develop. It is also
considered to be the cheapest method of
starting your Internet Business.
Your prime costs will be in the promotion of
the product or service. All costs associated
with the product, sales page, delivery,
after sales services, as well as merchant
services set up and costs, will be to the
merchants account.
When starting your Internet Business through
affiliate marketing there are five steps to
follow:
1 - Find your niche market which
shows enough demand as well as a reasonable

This trust will serve you well as your
customers will gradually consider you to be
their expert in this niche and they will
take your recommendations and buy.
Do not think for one minute that without it

model, relies entirely upon the trust you
